Exchanges, Returns and Shipping
Exchanges will be excepted
If you need to return for a exchange:
- You must notify Outback Tough within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Returns are accepted up to 30 days from dispatch, all returns must be approved before sent back. This process can be done by emailing (email@example.com)
- Returns must have proof of purchase eg: invoice or order number.
- We do not offer exchanges on any sale items.
- Return costs are NOT covered by Outback Tough, we recommend you get tracking on your return items as we will not be responsible for return items lost in transit.
Refund will only be accepted if products at faulty or damaged.

All the shipping will be done through Australia Post as Outback Tough is located in a rural area.
- Orders will be pack and sent within one business day.
- Standard delivery would be about 3-5 days to QLD, NSW and VIC.
